If the deceased was receiving a private pension payment you must notify the pension provider in a timely manner. This is important to prevent overpayments. You can use either of the templates provided below to contact them.



If you are unsure who the deceased's pension provider is, you should contact the employer of the deceased.


The pension provider may provide you with details of under or over payments that should be forwarded to your solicitor.
